The Course for the Pursuit

The Pursuit is sailed within the area covered by this chart, but the actual course to be sailed is decided in the 24 hours prior to the Pursuit and depends on anticipated weather conditions on the day and any other factors which may affect the event.   The course is announced at the Skippers' Briefing which takes place the evening before the event. The Skippers Briefing is being held on Zoom in 2021 (Covid) but is normally held by kind invitation at the National Marine Aquarium.
